OPEN SOURCE - (FREEWARE)
Astroframes:
Open source, no charge, and based on the Swiss Ephemeris.

Provides basic planetary positions (long/lat, RA/decl) and ~placidus house longitudes.  Positions can be exported to a text file.  Several calculation options are available.  As for many Sweph-based applications, the bodies and range of years can be expanded by adding Sweph ephemeris files.  It also calculates the historically most commonly used versions of primary directions.

Comes in two forms: windows binaries, and source code.  The source code version has been built on several Linux distributions and on Solaris.  It should be buildable on Mac OS X.

MapQuest If you want to find the exact coordinates of a particular hospital or house you must use their latitude and longitude function and enter positions by trial and error until the map centre looks right.
