TROTT PARK PHOTOGRAPHIC CLUB
Was established in 1987 by Philip Charlton with the co-operation of the Trott Park Neighbour Centre
The club was set up to give local members an opportunity to learn more about photography. Over the years the club has grow and now well established in the Trott Park Sheidow Park area.
With in a year the club became affiliated with the South Australian Photographic Federation. WIth this association the club was able to join in with other clubs
for inter club competition as well as local interstate and overseas. Several members have won awards from these competition
The club celebrated its tenth birthday in 1997, with an exhibition of works from its members held at the Marion City Coucil Chambers.
The opening night was an excellent success with the mayor opening the exhibition. The exhibition ran for three weeks with many people visiting the exhibition.
