Involvement
I have been studying Astrology for 20 years to date.
What start out as an interest and a curiosity has now become more of an obsession and it seems that the more time I spend on learning more, the more there seems to learn.
The original attraction towards Astrology was more or less the standard attraction of getting to understand myself in my own terms, which is one of the major attributes of Astrology, and the more obvious reason, using it to forsee the future.
However, the more I studied and the more I understood, I quickly came to realise that it is in reality the means of studying energy flows in every aspect of life. Not only individual beings but also events and circumstances. Everything created is considered an 'Event' and every event has possibilities and potential and Astrology is the ideal tool to analyse and understand these events.
The Planets, Zodiac, even the Asteroids and Fixed Stars are like electro-magnetic wires that emit their own frequency of energy and vibrations and it is these vibrations that are the causation of events here on our planet Earth.
In some circles the interaction of the energy, that Astrology is the tool to analyse, is referred to as the 'Music of the Spheres', even the 'Harmony of the Universe' and I came to realise that this is exactly what it is and how Astrology is such a valuable tool to be able to analyse these energies and to give us a clearer insight into the world of energy and life.
Many people use the argument that the Sun is the centre of our Solar System and Astrology is Earth bound so therefore it cannot be true. The truth is that, yes, the Sun is the centre of our Solar System but we are Earth bound creatures that have been born of the earth and will return to the earth and the Earth itself is the focus of our existence therefore it does make sense the the focus of the energies should be on the Earth, thus inferring that the Earth is the Centre of OUR Universe.
The Strings of the Instruments of Life
There are many heavenly bodies and 'sensitive points' that are used in Astrology and each of these emit specific frequencies which affects each of us in various ways and in various combinations.
Those whose energies are understood are only a fraction of the energy emanating from the wide spectrum of the universe but because of their local range, their energies are felt the most intense in our local Solar System and consequently are the overriding energies that affect our lives and our existence.
Among the points used are:
- The Sun, our identity and the source of all life.
- The Moon, our personality and our manner of relating to ourselves and others in our life
- The Planets, which affect our physical environment and our emotional reactions
- The Zodiac itself which is really a broad band spectrum that can be compared to a Rainbow

Current Involvement
My main avenue of study and Professional Services is in compiling Personal Profiles for Individuals.
This is a compilation of the acting and interchanging energy patterns operating within the individual so they can obtain a 'Bird's Eve View' of themselves and learn how to link the various aspects into one harmonious whole.
I am having considerable success also with Composite Analysis, the merging of two energies to uncover their potential and the manner they interact with each other. In a straight forward sentence, looking at relationships between two people to find the positive combinations and what pitfalls there may be, and then how to control or overcome them.
I am also developing methods of analysis for Business Development using the incorporation of the business as it's 'birth date', Aditionally I have started working on analysing trends and potential outcomes of events.

Consulting
Complete Systems Design and implementation of several Management Systems which included:
Country Newspapers Client Management
Developing Software to co-ordinate placement of advertisements in multiple newspapers by clients requiring combinations of rates, percentages and commission levels based on priority, space used and advertisement content.
This also included automatic billing, funds transfer, banking and agency commissions for the Clearing House that managed the Newspapers and Clients Accounts.
Investments and Loans Portfolios
System Design and Specifications to manage client portfolios which handled borrowings, investments (both short and long term), mortgages and credit card purchasing / payments.
Requirements included daily interest calculations, random interest rate changes, fixed rates and refunds on early payments.
Company combining Manufacturing factilities and Retail Outlets
Organize recording of manufacturing details and components to a completed product that was purchased by the retail company and sold nationwide by retail outlets. These included Company owned branches and Agents of the Company.
Systems Design and Specifications included componentry management, stock control and sales tax calculations on completed products. Manufacturing and sales were linked into a complete accounting system to General Ledger with multi-level Stock and Financial Analysis.
Additional requirements were electronic ordering and invoicing between the retail outlets and direct ordering on the Manufacturing plant.
From Sales there was a 'live' interface to the databases for an On-Line Quotation system and a commission module to calculate Commissions on Sales position, volume and gross margin.
Human Resources
Almost without exception, my areas of involvement with Consulting and Systems Analysis have included Human Resource Management and co-ordination.
Comments
Through involvement with such a diverse range of Companies and Management Structures I find always two predominating areas of oversight which produces weaknesses in the Company structure that is daring it to fail.
Briefly, these two, with associated failings are:
- Human Resources
- Lack of appreciation of Staff Abilities (regardless of position)
- Neglect of individuals true abilities
- Placement of individuals by requirements and not abilities
- Dismissal of individuals ideas and suggestions
- Management by fear rather than by encouragement
- Communications
- Avoidance of genuine discussions
- Paranoid secrecy
- Insufficient dissemination of company progress between staff levels
- Lack of trust and insufficient information detail
