We are currently interested in accepting submissions for our site. If you want to contribute, here's what we are looking for:

1) Something to do with the hobby of roleplaying. While we have mostly produced material as an aid for GM's, you don't have to. Our only constraint in this regard is that it should be about table-top or Live Action gaming, not card games or wargaming.

2) Our standard for the site is Australian English, although we would certainly appreciate submissions in other languages. It should be written clearly, in whatever language you use, but an English translation would also be appreciated.

3) For articles, the focus should be on collaborative gaming. We are not interested in articles on 'How to Screw Up your GM', or 'What are the quickest ways to destroy your PC's' (And they are out there!). If a submission is based on a particular system, all mechanics described should be labeled as to the edition of the rules used. We aren't sticklers for canon material, though, so if you are proposing a rewrite to a particular rule, go ahead! Reviews of existing systems or sourcebooks should aim for an analytical slant. In fiction, we are not against the depiction of violence, sex or other things some people find extreme, but we do want it to have a purpose within the context of the story. Artwork should be able to be reproduced clearly on the web on most computers.

4) The work must be your own, or have the written and verifiable permission of the author/artist to pass on to us. We don't mind if it has been posted elsewhere before, so long as the previous posting does not fall under copyright to someone we can't get permission from (like most gaming companies).

5) We reserve the right to not use material sent to us. We will let you know if this is the case, and why we have chosen not to. We also reserve the right to ask for changes to be made. We won't just make them without your permission, unless it is simply a glaring spelling error.

6) Material which is accepted will be put on our site with full credit to the author(s), and remains their property. You may elect to have your material taken down at any time, by telling us via email. Unless you specify otherwise, your contact details will remain confidential. If you want your email address on the material, that's fine, although we'd appreciate a copy of any feedback you get so we can fine-tune the site more effectively.

7) If you have a specific template you wish to present the material in, you must give due credit to the source of all backgrounds, buttons etc used, unless they are your own work. Images must likewise be your own work, or have the permission of the artist. Restrict yourself to convenient, small file-size formats like jpg and gif; we don't have the space or the inclination to put up huge .bmp files!

These guidelines are original work by Riina Stewart and Gareth Hodges, and may not be reproduced without their permission. If you wish to comment on any of the articles, or seek permission to reproduce them elsewhere, feel free to email us.
